At Doing My Part Global, we are committed to transparency and responsible use of donor contributions. Because we are a nonprofit organization facilitating carbon offset donations that are allocated to real-world carbon credit projects, all contributions are final and non-refundable.
Please review the policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Donations Are Final
All one-time and recurring donations made through deepskyblue-mink-892034.hostingersite.com are non-refundable. Contributions are typically used within 7 business days to acquire carbon credits, fund verified reforestation or sustainability projects, and support our mission of climate education and carbon accountability.
2. Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions to offset your carbon footprint can be canceled at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:
- No future payments will be processed.
- Previous payments will not be refunded, as they were allocated to carbon offset purchases.

3. Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate payments), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and correct any mistakes promptly.
4. Event Registrations or Merchandise (if applicable)
If we offer physical items, event tickets, or merchandise in the future, separate return or refund terms will be clearly stated on the relevant purchase pages.
5. Partner Platforms
If you purchased or donated via one of our official partners (e.g., Earth Exchange), returns or changes may be subject to their terms. We do not have the ability to reverse transactions made on third-party platforms.
